En las últimas décadas se han producido trasformaciones en el mundo como: Caída del Muro de Berlín, globalización de Internet, resurgimiento de potencias imperialistas y la deriva del eje de poder político hacia el Este y hacia el Sur; la emergencia de China como potencia económica genera incógnitas de ideología, al igual que la extinción de la antigua URSS. Asimismo, EE.UU con una suma de poderes económico, político, cultural, tecnológico y militar, mostrándose como primera potencia mundial. Por eso, la humanidad entera se enfrenta a retos de superpoblación, calentamiento global, pobreza, terrorismo, crimen organizado, que exigen respuestas comunes.
En la actualidad, en pleno siglo XXI, afrontamos nuevas estrategias políticas de dominación a las masas populares y a los países pobres o subdesarrollados, por las potencias imperialistas, con la estrategia del miedo y el terrorismo. Al hacer una breve revisión histórica del miedo, encontramos que los grandes imperios y civilizaciones de la antigüedad, se han valido de la fuerza para imponer su visión del mundo; donde el miedo, la ansiedad y el terrorismo total han sido siempre una herramienta política de soberanos déspotas, reyes o dictadores del momento. Estos mecanismos han permitido el dominio de unos sobre otros. El miedo político es el temor de la gente a que su bienestar colectivo resulte perjudicado; miedo al terrorismo, pánico ante el crimen, ansiedad sobre la descomposición moral o intimidación por el gobierno. El miedo permite agudizar nuestros sentidos, nuestra mente y nos lleva a actuar en forma diferente cada vez que lo sentimos. Vivimos atrapados por el miedo. Esto sucede en las jerarquías sociales, políticas y económicas que dividen a un pueblo. El miedo es producido, ejercido y manipulado por los líderes políticos con intimidación. El miedo político genera la creación de leyes internacionales que busquen la contención de ataques que anuncien la seguridad de los civiles. Pero la estrategia predominante de dominación política en la actualidad es: La guerra cultural mundial
En la actualidad, la guerra de la cultura es la estrategia de dominación política, además de la guerra psicológica y la guerra política. La guerra cultural mundial se propone impedir la formación de voluntades, identidades y pensamientos opuestos a la de la dominación; su objetivo es gobernar a todo el mundo para subordinarnos a sus intereses. En este contexto, el mundo de hoy se enfrenta en una crisis global de la salud sin precedentes en la historia, originado por la ambición de potencias imperialistas de obtener dominio político y económico en el mundo. Por ello, en la actualidad se levantan en todos los pueblos, en todas las partes de la tierra de los cinco continentes, el grito de angustia y desesperación, el grito de dolor y el grito de justicia por la vida. Es decir, estamos respirando un aire fúnebre en nuestro planeta, por la tragedia de mortalidad originada por el COVID-19, que no es solamente una crisis de salud, sino que tiene sus raíces en la política, en la economía y en las relaciones diplomáticas del mundo, ocasionado por la rivalidad económica y política entre EE.UU y China. Definitivamente, los estudios científicos indican que el COVID-19 no es natural, sino un producto de laboratorio. Llegará el día que podamos señalar con el dedo acusador, quién es el responsable de esta tragedia mundial que vive la humanidad. Esto será posible, cuando la OMS, deje de estar al servicio del poder del dinero de los grandes consorcios internacionales de fármacos y deje de ser títere de EE.UU, solamente así cumplirá su verdadera función de servicio a la salud de la humanidad. Solamente así, su verdadera función será trasparente.
